Which specs of tOE or tACC has a priority?

Question:

As for SuperH microcomputer bus timing, spec of tRDS(read data set up time) is specified. Which specs of tOE(access time from read strobe) or tACC(read data access time) has a priority? 

Answer:

The rules of tRDS are the specification that is assumed the connection with an external device working by clock synchronization.

Please follow the rules of tRDS when connecting with an external device working by clock synchronization.

On the other hand, the rules of tOE and tACC are the specification that is assumed the connection with an external device working by clock asynchronization.
