Is IRQ1 interrupt with higher default firstly executed and processed?

Latest Updated:03/25/2009

Question:

During the processing of IRQ0 interrupt, if IRQ2 interrupt at the interrupt priority level of 14 is generated and then IRQ1 interrupt at the interrupt priority level of 14 occurs, which one has priority to be processed?

If both IRQ0 and IRQ1 interrupts are set to edge detection and held pending, is IRQ1 interrupt with higher default priority firstly executed and processed after the completion of IRQ0 interruption processing?

Answer:

After the completion of IRQ0 interruption processing, IRQ1 interrupt is processed and finally IRQ2 interrupt.

Interrupts held pending during interruption processing are processed according to the default priority order in "Interrupt Exception Processing Vectors and Priorities" of the hardware manual.
