When FCU initializes, does former peripheral clock become invalid?

Latest Updated:01/23/2014

I have a question regarding the figure Using the Peripheral Clock Notification Command in Programming and Erasure Procedures, FCU Command Usage, FCU in the Flash Memory chapter of the User's Manual: Hardware. If a timeout occurs while the FRDY bit is being checked, the FCU intializes. When the FCU initializes, does the previously issued peripheral clock notification command become invalid?

Yes, when the FCU is initialized, the peripheral clock notificaton register is reset and the peripheral clock notification command becomes invalid. If the FCU is initialized, please restart the procedure from the beginning.
