How to use a command line option which is written in compiler manual HEW?

Latest Updated:05/22/2006

Question:

[High-performance Embedded Workshop V.4]  I would like to know how to use a command line option which is written in the compiler manual in High-performance Embedded Workshop.

Answer:

Take '-code=asm as an example.

If you see the description of -code=asm written on the compiler manual, it is written as "Object[Output file type :][Machine code][Assembly source code]". It means corresponding to [Assembly source code] or [Machine code] from a list box of [Output file type:] by opening the compiler option and choosing [Object] tab.
