Is memory mean one can't program after programming over minimum value?

Latest Updated:04/07/2011

Does the NWEC min value of internal flash memory rewrite number mean one cannot program after programming over the minimum value?

No. You can program the internal flash memory over the NWEC minimum value (100 times), but the programming time (tP), erasing time (eE), total programming time (ΣtP), total erasing time (ΣtE), total programming/erasing time (ΣtPE) and data retain time (tDRP) characteristics will not be guaranteed.
Therefore, if you program over the NWEC minimum value, do not use the device in your end product.
