What is the average output current indicated for electrical characteristics listed in the hardware manual?
The average output current is the average of the output current within a 100 ms period. Take the R8C/25 Group, for example. Port P2_0 must fill both conditions that the low peak output current is a maximum of 40 mA and the low average output current is a maximum of 20 mA. One example would be to output a 40 mA current for 50 ms, and output a second 0 mA current for 50 ms. The 20 mA average output current is achieved. This can also be achieved by outputting 20 mA continuously for 100 ms. However, the low average sum output current must be a maximum 80 mA.
