What Happens to INTAD Flag If ADCS=1 Is Written Just Before Completion of A/D Conversion

Last Updated:05/25/2018

Question:

What will happen to INTAD flag if ADCS=1 is written just before the A/D conversion operation is completed?

Answer:

If "1" is written into ADCS before the A/D conversion operation is completed, INTAD (A/D conversion completion interrupt) does not occur and the A/D conversion is re-executed from the start. Afterwards, when the A/D conversion is completed, INTAD will occur.
